On behalf of the Huron County Community Foundation Board and Staff, we are pleased to welcome you to our 2025 Annual Report. These pages reflect the collective impact of our community and highlight what happens when we come together to give and invest in the future of Huron County.
This year was especially exciting for HCCF. Together with our donors and partners, we surpassed $3 million invested in the community since our founding and eclipsed the $10 million mark in total endowment assets. These milestones are a testament to the trust placed in HCCF and to the shared belief that philanthropy strengthens our community for generations to come.
Our Strategic Priorities continue to guide our work as we connect people, resources, and ideas. Throughout this report, you will see highlights of funds and grants that positively impacted Huron County and advanced efforts to retain and attract talent, create vibrant and dynamic communities, and support an environment for business development. Work is ongoing on our Community Hub project which will be the future home of HCCF and bring new resources to the community. This year we also took important steps to develop a framework for a disaster fund, ensuring we are prepared to respond should our community need us.
The power of endowments, the generosity of our donors, and strong partnerships across the county make this work possible. We are honored to be a trusted partner for so many individuals, families, businesses, and organizations who want to do good things in our community. Thank you for your continued confidence in HCCF and for your commitment to Huron County.
Enjoy this look at 2025, and thank you for being part of the work we do together.
Sincerely,
Mackenzie Price - Executive Director
Samantha Schnettler- Chairperson of the Board of Trustees
